Beeches, Burnham Beeches

Beech Leaves

I visited Burnham Beeches at the end of October and returned in early November. My first visit was made just as the new Bond movie was to be premiered.

I was there for the fly agarics. On the recent club walk I was advised that there were banks full of them. Sadly they were all gone by the time I got there.

Burnham Beeches is less than six miles from central Maidenhead and well worth a visit, particularly in Autumn.
