Favourite Pictures

This is a place to post your favourite pictures, it doesn't matter what subject they are (other than you like/love them) This idea was born from the Sainsbury Gallery. Please post pictures that you maybe would not have entered in to a comp or anywhere else on this site. This enables us all to see some your pictures that you love not what you think a judge will like.

The chain of volcanoes which divides Central Java is active, and Merapi very much so. This lava spine has since vanished in the 2004/5 eruptions. The orange-yellow stuff is sulphur and hot enough to soften vibram soles. Shot at sunrise, and from memory about 1/10th sec at f8.

Electric Red - in deference to assistance with Photoshop from Rod, as I'd never used it before.

Added a wire. Images are displayed in alphabetical order of filename. Can this be changed, when we are preparing our own pages? MK

Hi Mike the images should be sorted by date if you look at the raw edit you can see date, there are other ways to do this if you choose default i think it "lists" as they uploaded but do not hold me to that smile
