Maidenhead Christmas Lights Switch-On, 27th November, 2010

Despite the severe cold snap - a crowd of thousands descended on St Ives Road for the annual lights switch-on.

The gathered hordes were ably entertained by a DJ playing all the Xmas hits, Jeff Lloyd, Elvis, Percy the Park Keeper and children's rides and stalls. The evening ended with the (now traditional) terrific firework display.
