New Season starts on Tuesday 8th Sept 2009.

Monochrome Rose by Ed Doughty

We meet at 19.45 on Tuesday evenings from September to June, in Cox Green Community Centre, Highfield Lane. Our programme contains exhibitions, talks, demonstrations, competitions, practical and studio evenings, visits and walks. We have started a NEWS page for short bits about members' recent activities and successes, photo opportunities and other events of interest, and changes at the The Sainsbury Gallery.

The atmosphere is friendly and helpful, and everyone is willing to share their knowledge and experience. Nearly everyone now uses a digital camera, and that's where you'll probably get the most help from our club members.

Camber Sands by Ron Castle

You don't need an expensive camera to join and enjoy our club. Successful photography has more to do with your vision and imagination, than with the camera you're carrying. (Of course if you have got an expensive one you'll probably find someone else with the same model who'll happily talk to you all night about it!).

Speed by Andrew Findlay

Drop in any Tuesday evening in the season and see for yourself - click on Programme to see what's coming up.

We are happy for people to come along as a visitor for a few weeks to get the feel of the club before joining.

Click on the photos link on the left to see some of our pics. Or, if you are visiting the centre of Maidenhead, pop into the Sainsbury Gallery in the store at Providence Place, where a new exhibition of work by our members is on show every month.

We welcome everyone who is interested in producing better photos, whether you're an expert or a beginner. Being part of our club is fulfilling and good fun - so drop in and learn about what we do.

We've been asked if we can keep all of our past homepage photos somewhere. It's not practical to keep them all but you can see some recent ones here:
